This teacher uses classroom strategies with ADHD
Finding the right amount of activity as well as the right activity for a child with ADHD is crucial.
Unlike other activities that exercise either the right hemisphere of the brain or the left hemisphere of the brain independently, exercises both the right and the left hemisphere simultaneously. Playing a musical instrument trains the brain to multitask better. Whether in a band, choir, or an orchestra, this will teach a child or adult with ADHD to work as apart of a team.
